The Institute for Digital Business Strategy (IDBS) has formalized a partnership with uCertify (idbs.uCertify.com), a leading provider of IT skills assessment and certification exam preparation. The Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA) is the principal trade association for the software and digital content industry.
