The night before Commencement, seniors celebrate with their family and friends at the Senior Prom. Bands and DJs provide a variety of music. Attire ranges from formal wear to sportswear. Families traditionally have dinner prior to the prom event. Snacks, soft drinks and water are offered at the prom. Beer and wine are available for those guests of legal drinking age who have an event wristband. Wristbands can be picked up after the Class Day event between Whig and Clio Halls and in the Jadwin lobby during the prom. To receive a wristband you must show valid proof of age. Each senior may have five guests at the prom. Unlike all other Commencement week events, seniors need a ticket for Senior Prom. All seniors will receive six prom tickets: one for the senior and five for guests. In hot weather (New York can be hot and muggy in June), Jadwin Gym can be hot, so dress accordingly. JADWIN GYM IS NOT AIR CONDITIONED. You may also wish to consider whether elderly guests or guests with disabilities may be uncomfortable in the gym if the weather is hot/muggy. 9 p.m.�midnight.
