Morgan is a Chartered Accountant (Scotland) and Chartered Accountant (Malawi), with vast experience in business and financial management. He served as the Chief Finance Officer of the largest tobacco company in Malawi, Limbe Leaf Tobacco Company Limited, from 1995 to 2009.

He is a former President of the Eastern, Central and Southern African Federation of Accountants (ECSAFA) and of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Malawi (ICAM). He is also a former chairman of Electricity Supply Corporation of Malawi (ESCOM).

He currently serves as a director of various companies including MyBucks Banking Corporation, Britam Insurance and Global Technologies.

Mr. Tembo holds a Master of Science degree in Project Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Statistics and Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management.

Morgan is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Scotland, United Kingdom and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Malawi.

Ronald Tembo is a chartered marketer, certified digital marketing professional and certified search engine optimisation professional with 20 years senior level business development experience in the financial, ICT, Digital Media and Commercial sectors. 

He holds a Master of Science (Strategic Management) degree from the University of Derby (UK) and a Bachelor of Business Science (Management and Information Systems) honours degree from Rhodes University.  He is currently studying for a Master of Management Degree in Digital Business with the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa. 

Ronald is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) and the Digital Marketing Institute (IE).
